Welcome! My name is Tia Wright, and I am a licensed natural hair stylist specializing in braids and locs. I have been proudly serving clients in the natural hair community since 2021. Hair Inclusions Please refer to the individual service descriptions to see whether hair is included. If you are required to provide your own hair and are unsure of the type or quantity needed, feel free to reach out before your appointment—I’m happy to guide you! Deposits Deposits are non-refundable After-Hours Appointments Appointments requested outside of normal business hours are available upon request for an additional fee of $40. Same-Day Squeeze Ins Appointments requested same day during small gaps between scheduled clients require an additional fee of $30. Late Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you are running late, communication is required. If I do not receive any notice, your appointment may be cancelled without a deposit refund. If you do reach out, I will assess whether your appointment needs to be rescheduled, shortened, or adjusted, depending on my schedule and the needs of other clients. No-Show Policy Clients who no-show without prior notice will forfeit the ability to book future appointments. Deposits will not be refunded in such cases. Rescheduling & Cancellations To reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to retain your deposit. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Children & Guests Out of consideration for all clients, please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless they are also being serviced. This helps ensure a calm and professional environment for everyone. Clean Hair Policy Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless the service you booked includes a wash. If additional detangling or washing is needed, it may result in an added fee or require rescheduling.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
